came home late (saturday night fever etc etc), watched phil ivey's run from $72k to $220k in under hald an hour on fulltilt and decided to play a bit. woo-hoo $23.68/hr. i know, i know "[ ] sample size" but only $33 to end my "$100 challenge". i think the next step will be "$100@5nl" to get used to slightly higher blinds

didn't have much time obviously, about half an hour. i was pretty lucky: my suited aces were hitting flushes left and right and the only badbeat was KK vs AK preflop but villain had only 80 cents. $70 more to go

sudden heater

not too bad for 20min session :) after watching a few videos i've decided to change my basic strategy a little bit. i isolate bad players with much wider range now and play draws and even gutshots more aggressively. also my reads were pretty accurate today but it's more of a luck than skill since quite often opponents do crazy things.

thats what happens when i play tighter in the beginning. gonna replicate it 9 more times and and my "$100 challenge" is over. but i still have that feeling that grinding 16 2nl tables is stupid...well, money has no smell

btw i found out i'm $21.6 below EV in 2nl allin headsup situation. that's almost 11BIs :)

i realized:
1.i take chances in the beginning(thats why i kinda suck@10nl)
2.huge downswings in the beginning suck
3.my good sessions are shorter(~30 mins in total today) than my bad sessions, but i have to get up early tomorrow.

i should work on my..err..robustness. goal: make $100 playing 2nl, no matter how long will it take
